To schedule an appointment, simply click “Make an Appointment” at the top of the page, choose the service you would like, select an available time slot, and complete the booking process. All services require full payment to book. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment once booking is finalized.

As we offer custom products and services that require a scheduling commitment, we do not offer refunds for any of our services or products. All sales and bookings are final. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your needs. Rescheduling requests will be honored based on availability. Booked appointments may be transferred.

No, a late fee will not be charged for missed appointments or late arrivals. We offer a 10 minute grace period for arrival. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the booking will be cancelled. If a major issue arises, as we understand they do, please reach out directly as soon as possible. While the immediate booking will be canceled, all reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling will be considered.

To secure your booking, full payment serves as a non-refundable retainer, and is required at the time of scheduling. This amount will be applied to your total service cost, and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
